Return Guidelines
No need to call, just:
1. Log-in to your Amazon.com account
2. Select the order and item you want to return
3. Follow the online instructions
Please Note: You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges you might incur for returns and exchanges. We suggest that you ship your order back via UPS or FedEx. These carriers provide package tracking and proof of delivery to you and to us. Insurance should be for the full retail price of the items returned. Refund for damage during return shipping will be handled by the carrier, we will not issue a refund/credit for items damaged or lost during return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued through Amazon.com in the original form of payment less the original shipping charges. In cases where free shipping was offered we will calculate the original cost of shipping, packing and insurance and deduct that amount from the refund.
